“The retreat inspired me in many, many ways”
Everyday and every activity created space to open up my body, mind and soul. There was a beautiful positive energy right from the start and it was magical how the days flowed. I’m inspired to connect with my heart and disconnect with my monkey mind, to follow my dreams and passions and keep the energy from the retreat alive into every day life. Teamed with an amazing raw food chef they provided beautifully presented raw meals that were nutritionally prepared to tantalise your taste-buds. This was my first introduction to a completely raw food week and I have gained so much energy, inspiration to prepare raw food myself and a love for creating fresh food – you will leave the retreat inspired, full of energy and ready to share your own magic with the world 🙂

“A WEEK I WILL NEVER FORGET!”
Coming to Bali and spending a week with all of you was something that I will never forget, it helped me start to heal my broken heart and see that challenges in life only make you stronger and that we need to stop and appreciate what you have instead of wanting more all the time.
I went to 3 different yoga studios when i got back and after trying them all chose one, the teachers remind me of you guys and it’s very challenging. Nothing will compare to the shala that we practiced in at dragonfly but when I close my eyes for savasana I go back to the rice fields. ~ Natasha

“HEALTH RETREAT IN BALI”
While I was at a raw food retreat in Bali, little did I know I was to meet a sensational yoga teacher with a strong spiritual focus and yoga practice. I enjoy my own personal yoga practice 4-5 times a week. Oksana’s teaching was fantastic. She was both soft and strong and through her yoga teaching exuded a sense of fun and created great joy. I was eager to get to my 7am morning classes and was very grateful to be able to enjoy Oksana’s daily teachings. Oksana clearly enjoys life, and teaching YOGA is her passion. I was blessed to meet Oksana as a friend and teacher.

“What a delight it was to be part of Oksana’s yoga classes at a recent raw food retreat at Bali. With only limited yoga experience I felt very included (albeit some times a little vertically and horizontally and diagonally challenged). Oksana provided great direction and great insight and context for the practice of yoga. The class catered for advanced yoga practitioners and others like me. Each morning for 8 days I jumped out of bed and happily bounded off to yoga – brilliant yoga classes and beautiful teacher!”
